Business : Perfect Recertification for Windsor Manor

Windsor Manor in Vinton is a State Certified Assisted Living Community.  This means we have specific rules and regulations that we are required to adhere to.  The State does on-site visits every 2 years to conduct a survey and recertify the assisted living community. The state may also visit if there is a complaint.

There are close to 400 assisted living communities in the state of Iowa and less than 20% can say they are deficiency-free (which means the state has found no rule violations).

Windsor Manor in Vinton just had a 2 year recertification visit and there were no deficiencies found!

Windsor Manor has had a “PERFECT” record with the state since opening in 2007.  We are proud to be in that elite group of assisted livings.
