After 25 years of caring for patients and building relationships in the community, Betterton Family Chiropractic is marking a milestone anniversary and inviting the public to join the celebration.
Dr. Matt and Jodie Betterton will host an open house at their office from Monday through Thursday, April 27–30, welcoming friends, patients, and community members to stop in and help commemorate a quarter-century of service in Vinton. They will have cookies for all to enjoy and a drawing where winners will receive one of 25 prizes!
What began as a small, family-run operation has steadily grown over the years. Following his graduation from Palmer College of Chiropractic, Dr. Matt opened the practice with the help of his wife, Jodie. In those early days, the two managed the day-to-day operations themselves - until their growing family, made it clear they might need an extra set of hands.
That first part-time addition marked the beginning of what would become a much larger team.
Today, Betterton Family Chiropractic includes a second full-time chiropractor, Dr. Luke Gilbert, along with three massage therapists and six office staff members, all working together to serve patients from across the area.
Beyond the walls of the clinic, Dr. Matt has also shared his expertise on a broader stage. Over the years, he has traveled extensively teaching the Gonstead method of chiropractic care, reaching practitioners and patients around the world and expanding the impact of the work that started right here in Vinton.
The upcoming open house offers a chance to reflect on that journey—from a two-person operation to a thriving practice - and to thank the community that has supported it along the way.
