Angie Klinzing is a bead artist, and one of the members of the Vinton Guild of Fine Arts who is preparing for the June 21 Art Festival in Celebration Park. Angie shares this information about her life and her love of art: I have been married to Bart Klinzing since July 2000. I have one son, Cole. I have lived in this area all my life. I love to travel and seek new adventures. I am an amateur photographer. I have a severe passion for beads and like to have many beads of different styles and kinds on hand for that last minute idea I get. I started dabbling with beads back in high school. I am still learning as there are always things to learn. I like to make up my own patterns and designsin all my art work. I love to scavenge garage sales, Goodwill, and auctions for old jewelry and charms. “One person's junk is another persons treasure,” they say. I also dabble in the art of kumihimo, loom knitting, cork projects, making wreaths, and many other art projects. I LOVE what I do and am always seeking new ideas and a challenge. I just became a distributor of African Butterfly hair clips made in South Africa. See more information about the Art Festival HERE.
