Et cetera : North Eden Willing Workers Minutes October 17

The North Eden Willing Workers met at Hanson's Hallow, LaPorte City pumpkin farm on October 17, 2021 at 4:30 P.M. The secretary gave roll call. Roll call was answered with what is your favorite fall activity. 17 of 24 members were present. Two new members (Addison Ollinger and Gina Lutgen) attended the meeting. The treasurer's report was a balance of $1,266.81.There was no income or expense. The birthday officer gave out fun prizes out to the members celebrating October birthdays. The North Eden Willing Workers approved to do a fourthweekend of harvest meals on October 30 at the Tama Benton Coop. Record books were given back to the present members who didn't apply for any awards. Awards and recognitions celebration for those who applied for record book awards will be held at Tilford on November 14, 2021. Enrollment in 4-H Online is due December 31. The meeting was adjourned at 5:12P.M. After the meeting, the 4-H club members played a dice game lead by our club recreation officer, Cole. Our club also picked out pumpkins and decorated the pumpkins to look like mummies.
