MEETING MINUTES

Wednesday, April 17, 2019

Airport Conference Room

. Call to Order and Roll Call: Members present were Scott Hepker, Shelley Mossman, Leon Whelchel and Kimberly Noe. Guests present were Mark Noe, Mike Zenisek and Brian Youngblut.

. Approve Agenda: Motion to approve the agenda by Scott, second by Shelley all ayes, motion carried.

. Approve Minutes: Motion to approve the minutes by Shelley, second by Kimberly all ayes, motion carried.

. Approve Invoices: Motion to approve the invoices by Scott second by Shelley all ayes, motion carried.

. Engineer’s Report-

- Fuel Cabinet Project: Joe was at an airport conference and couldn’t attend, but gave the following update via email: The contractor will likely have everything hooked up tomorrow and should be operational by mid-week. The contractor will send in a calibration report to weights and measures. Then weights and measure will come in the next few weeks verify calibration and put the sticker on the pump. Once the contractor is done you should be able to use the system in a normal capacity, even without weights and measures visiting the site.

. Fuel: Auto has 377 gallons and 100LL has 8,310 gallons. Jet A has 2,069 gallons. We approved the bid from Unified. Leon will notify Chris Ward.

. Internet at the airport- Everything is up and running with CenturyLink

. Open Hangars: All hangars at the airport are full.

. EAA Young Eagles airport event on June 8th from 9-12.

. Information for Commission Members- There is a city council meeting on 4/25 at 7:00

. Adjournment: Motion to adjourn by Scott, second by Kimberly, all ayes, motion carried.

Regular meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM at the Airport.
