News : Post Prom Packets due April 19

Every Junior & Senior was given a Post Prom packet earlier this week so hopefully this will help clarify some of the items in that packet:

1. If you are a VS Junior or Senior and are taking a VS Junior or Senior to the prom, you can disregard the “DATE” form and just complete the "VS POST PROM SENIOR/JUNIOR ADMISSION/PERMISSION FORM in your packet and your date will complete the same form in their packet. 

2. If a VS Junior or Senior is bringing an underclassman (freshman or sophomore) or someone from outside of the VS district, the underclassman or guest needs to complete the “DATE POST PROM ADMISSION/PERMISSION FORM" and their parents must sign it. 

3. Each individual attending prom needs to fill out and have parents sign the form so we have permission for them to attend and also we have contact information in case of emergencies or if the student leaves early.   

4. Post Prom T-shirts (black and gold) order forms are due April 12, 2019, and checks should be made out to Patina Patch and dropped off at the office with the t-shirt form.  If you wish to pay with cash, please put in an envelope with your order form and make sure to seal the envelope.

5. Junior Parent Volunteer Shirts (red) are also due on April 12, 2019, and checks should be made out to Patina Patch.  Junior parents, you may write one check for your student’s shirt and your volunteer shirts.  Please put them in an envelope to keep together or staple the check to both forms.  Junior Parents need to complete volunteer forms ASAP as we are required to do background checks on anyone working with the kids at Post Prom.  

6. If you want to order a DVD of the hypnotist, the form and check made payable to VS High School need to be turned in with the rest of your packet on or before April 19, 2019.

7. Post Prom packets are due April 19, 2019.  Absolutely no exceptions!
