NEWHALL: Hazel Marie Stien, 94, of Newhall died April 9, 2015 at the Dennis and Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy in Hiawatha.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 AM, Monday, April 13, 2015 at St. Paul Catholic Church in Newhall with Rev. Craig Steimel as Celebrant. Visitation will be from 2 – 5 PM, Sunday also at the church in Newhall where a Rosary will be recited at 1:30 PM. Helen M. Staton
VINTON – Helen Mae Staton, 78, passed away peacefully Friday, April 10, 2015, at Virginia Gay Hospital in Vinton.

VINTON – Dorothy Marie (Harms) Woodhouse, 97, died Tuesday, April 7, 2015, at the Vinton Lutheran Home.
The family will celebrate her life with a service at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 11, 2015, at First Baptist Church in Vinton with Pastor Zach Zajicek officiating. Family will greet friends from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the church. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Vinton. Emil D. Cufr

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 7, 2015, at First Christian Church in Vinton with Rev. Connie Wacht and Rev. Lexie Kirkpatrick officiating. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, April 6, at Van Steenhuyse-Russell Funeral Home in Vinton and also one hour prior to services at the church on Tuesday.
