Obituaries : Cleo “Cleek” Meeks

GARRISON:     Cleo "Cleek" Meeks, 70, died Sunday, December 4, 2011 at University Of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics in Iowa City following a brief illness.

     Cleo  lived most of his life in Benton County.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Pauline Meeks of Ryan.

     He is survived by one sister, Barb Meeks Brown and husband, Randy of Ryan; two brothers, Ronnie and Burdell Meeks, also of Ryan.  An Aunt Helen Corcran of Garrison, whom he called "Mom".  He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.  Cleo had many many friends.
