Tina (Dolley) Reifenstahl, 39, passed away peacefully on June 8, 2012 at the Dennis and Donna Oldorf house in Hiawatha, after a long courageous battle with cancer. Per Tina's request her body has been donated to the University of Iowa for research. There will be no services at this time and burial service will take place at a later date.

Tina was born May 31, 1973 to Walter and Jan (Besta) Dolley. She graduated from Vinton-Shellsburg in 1991. Tina worked for Cost Cutters in Cedar Rapids until her health forced her to stop working. On July 22, 1995 she was united in marriage to Dan Reifenstahl.

Tina is survived by her husband Dan of Vinton, step-daughter Trish Reifenstahl of Ames, her mother Jan (Gene) Kerr of Hot Springs, AR, her father Walter (Debra) Dolley of Cedar Rapids, aunts, uncles, cousins and Dan's family.

The family would like to make a special thank-you to the Mercy Hospice staff for the compassion shown to Tina and her family at this difficult time. They would also like to thank all the family, friends and neighbors for flowers, cards, food, memorials, kind words and support. Everyone's kindness and thoughtfulness will always be remembered.

June 13, 2012, 7:55 pm So very sorry for your loss. I did not know Tina but I know how hard it is to lose a loved one - especially so young.
BA June 14, 2012, 3:38 pm I was very sad to hear the loss of a very special friend, I will remember her smile and listening ear when something was bothering you Tina was there whether you felt good or bad she would walk by to say hello in the hall at school or anywhere she was so friendly my prayers are with the family
VS June 19, 2012, 2:20 am I\'m so very sorry for the family\'s loss of Tina. She fought a very courageous battle with breast cancer and even at the the end of her life, she was selfless by donating her body to the UIHC.

God bless all of Tina\'s family and extended family. You are all in my thoughts and prayers at this most difficult time in your lives.
