Sports : \'Box full of trophies\' for local bowlers at C.R. tourney

Steve Berry's Youth bowlers bowled well in the City Bowling tournament at May City in Cedar Rapids earlier this spring.  Each year our youth bowlers are provided an opportunity to compete against others bowlers outside of our home bowling alley.  This provides our bowlers the ability to compete against their peers and allows them to see what it is like to bowl in another bowling alley.  We continue to send more bowlers each year which will enable our bowlers to grow in their knowledge of the sport.  The bowling tournament is divided up into four divisions according to the youth's average from last year.  Bowlers can compete at multiple levels: Individually, together in teams of two or four, and then all events. It was great to see our bowlers helping each other out and all having a fun bowling together.  

We brought home a box full of trophies.
