It was a cold, cold day!  Tee off was at 8:30 a.m. and the temperature was in the 30s with a stiff northwest wind.  Our golfers had to deal with playing in layers of clothing again! Due to the conditions, most scores were considerably higher than previous years.  Three V-S ladies made Top 10 and were awarded medals:  Rachel Tandy 6th, Lauren Tandy 7th, Olivia Walker 8th.  Olivia Ketchen was very close to earning a medal as well.  Our team was only four strokes back of the champions and two strokes back from second place. Our overall record at present is 46 – 10.  This team has had a very successful season.

This is our last competition before Regionals at Waverly on May 23.
