The scores of the Vinton-Shellsburg bowling team last Friday were the "highest totals of the season against an exceptional opponent, for both girls and boys," says Coach Amber Pattee.
"This boys team really stepped it up in the individual games as we and averaged over 200 as a team. We are continuing to grow and now need to focus on baker games," says the coach.

Some of the girls struggled in the individual games but came on strong in the Bakers games with a 181.6 average for the 5 games. They are working as a team and gaining momentum each week.
