Sports : Viking swim team finds more success

     Once again the guys did a super job representing our school Tuesday night at Waterloo.  

     Despite some illnesses, we managed to hang in and beat Waterloo East 95-75 at their home pool.  We fell to Decorah 109-61.  We had three more event wins. 

    Our guys won two individual events with Brandon Tharp in the 100 Breast and John Levis in the 200 Free, and the 200 Free Relay team of Rico Carneiro, Levis, Josh Yerkes and Tharp also took home first place in their event. 

     There were another four events where we finished second; two individual events and the other two relays.  In all we had 16 new personal best times.  Our next meet is Saturday at Waterloo West in the annual Wahawk Relays.
