Sports : Revised summer starting times at the Races

With summer heat officially in full force, gates will open 30 minutes later at 4:30pm; hot laps will start at 6pm with racing to follow.

Adult admission is $10, kids 6-12 are $4. Concession stands will open at 5pm, serving all your favorites including tenderloins, chicken strips, cheese balls and more. The 2011 Kid's Coloring Contest kicks off Sunday, July 24. Entries are due by 6pm on Sunday, August 7th, and can be submitted at the ticket window or any concession stand. Winner's will be announced during feature events on August 7. Winners must be present to win.
