Gov. Reynolds Signs Several Bills into Law
Today, Governor Kim Reynolds signed the following bills into law: HF 553: A bill for an act relating to affirmative defenses for entities using cybersecurity programs. HF 573: A bill for an act relating to statutory corrections which may adjust language to reflect current practices, insert earlier omissions, delete redundancies and inaccuracies, delete temporary language, resolve inconsistencies and conflicts, update ongoing provisions, or remove ambiguities, and including effective date and retroactive applicability provisions.

This past week, Governor Kim Reynolds signed the following bills into law: HF 601: A bill for an act relating to rate increase notice requirements for public utilities. HF 557: A bill for an act relating to conducting elections for benefited recreational lake and water quality districts. HF 248: A bill for an act relating to electric power generating facility emission plans and projects, and including effective date and applicability provisions.
