News : All veterans invited to learn more about American Legion at special meeting, Oct. 25

Have you served in the United States Military? You may be eligible to join the American Legion. If you have served anytime since August 2, 1990 you are eligible to join. 2019 marks the 100th anniversary of the American Legion. Many of the posts in Benton County were formed in 1919 so we are celebrating the 100 years in Benton County as well. For more information please join us for the October Benton County Legion meeting on Tuesday October 25, 2016 at the Newhall Legion Building located at 19 1st Avenue Newhall. The meeting begins at 7:30pm. This month's meeting will be dedicated to educating and welcoming prospective members in to our important organization.
