James Arthur Billings
James Arthur Billings was born on June 15, 1937, in Omaha, NE the son of Arthur Louis and Helen Marie (Brueggemann) Billings. On October 26, 1984, he married Peggy Mehrhoff. A great portion of Jim’s life was spent running his two printing businesses Bye and Bye in Holstein, IA and Green Tree Graphics in Vinton, IA alongside his wife. In his free time Jim enjoyed building and driving his own drag racing cars. Linda Van Steenhuyse McDevitt
Linda Van Steenhuyse McDevitt, age 84, of Rochester MN, passed away on Friday, July 18th, 2025. Linda was born to Frank and Morine (Pickart) Van Steenhuyse on September 22, 1940 in Blairstown, IA. She graduated from Blairstown High School, Mount Mercy College and John Carroll University. Linda married George Michael Paul McDevitt, September 6, 1969 in Simpson, MN.

Born on January 28, 1982, in Iowa, Alicia was a free spirit who embraced life with a deep passion.
