Your donation supports the work of our Elder Rights Specialists, who provide 1-on-1 help to almost 150 older adults experiencing abuse every year. They coordinate life-changing in-home care, connect seniors with reliable nutrition programs and more - even testifying in court when needed - from the senior's lowest point until complete recovery.

The Cedar Valley Nature Trail to Close July 5 for Bridge Replacement
The Cedar Valley Nature Trail will be closed between Frost Street south of Brandon in Buchanan County and 51st Street in Benton County starting July 5. The closure is necessary to replace a deteriorating bridge over Bear Creek that was slated for replacement later this year. “Our contractor informed us of an opportunity to move this bridge project up a few months ahead of the original schedule,” said Randy Burke, Linn County Conservation Outdoor Recreation Planner.
